Dr Kris Chatamra was honored with the prestigious “Person of the Year 2022” award, presented by the One Million Acts of Goodness to Serve the Nation project, organized by the Foundation for Thai Society.

Dr Kris Chatamra, who has served as a personal physician to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of the Ninth Reign and is the founder and head of the Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer at King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society (Chulalongkorn Hospital), was the first in the world to successfully apply immunotherapy in breast cancer treatment, making a groundbreaking achievement in the field. This remarkable contribution earned him the “Person of the Year 2022” award in the category of “Individuals Who Contribute to Society and the Nation.”
