QSCBC Elevates and Shares Advanced Oncoplastic Surgical Knowledge with Breast Surgeons

The Queen Sirikit Centre for Breast Cancer (QSCBC), in collaboration with the Department of Surgery, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Thai Red Cross Society, successfully organized the Cadaveric Workshop for Oncoplastic Surgery in Breast-Conserving Surgery for surgical breast specialists. The programme was aimed at surgeons nationwide to combine lectures with hands-on cadaveric to enhance expertise in oncoplastic breast-conserving surgery, thereby elevating standards of care and patient outcomes. The event was led by Dr Kris Chatamra, Founder and Chief of QSCBC, who graciously welcomed participants and shared his pioneering role as the first surgeon in Thailand to introduce breast conservation for breast cancer patients. He was joined by distinguished speakers, including Associate Professor Sopark Manasnayakorn, MD, PhD; Dr Vipavee Sanphasitvong, MD; Dr Jirawadee Ruamjaroenchai, MD; Dr Sarun Thongvitokomarn, MD; Dr Sikrit Denariyakoon, MD, PhD; and Dr Nuanphan Phonchai, MD.
